Bookings will be confirmed after recept of payment for 50% of the amount of the stay as deposit. Payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer. When renting the entire property, full payment is required at time of booking.

Given the limited number of rooms, the following cancellation conditions apply :

• Up to 3 weeks before arrival date : one night is charged
• Up to 2 weeks before arrival date : two nights are charged
• A week or less before arrival date : the complete stay or deposit is charged
